1Definitions & Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account Balance"refers to the total credits available in a user's account, including actual deposits and any eligible bonuses.
• "Bonus"refers to promotional credits, Free Spins, or other benefits granted by qb838 to members subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement"refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

• Accounts are for the sole use of the registered member and may not be transferred, sold, or leased to any other party under any circumstances.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to the account qb838 must be made using the payment methods listed on the platform. We only accept licensed and approved payment methods in Malaysia:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.

7Game Rules

9Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

• Service disruptions caused by third parties, including Internet service providers, Malaysian telecommunications network outages, or gaming software providers.

• Any act or omission by a third-party payment provider, including Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or any bank within the FPX Malaysia network.

11Account Closure
